Digital Advertising Campaign Manager

We are a digital, content and creative agency specialising in events, entertainment and lifestyle brands. Our client list makes our hearts beat faster (and hopefully yours). We’re talking teams like Splendour in the Grass, Laneway Festival, Falls Festival, Bluesfest, Groovin The Moo, Fairfax Events, Future Classic, GABS, Vue De Monde Group and global lifestyle brands like JBL, YouTube Music, Blundstone and Sapporo.

We’re expanding our Sydney and Melbourne teams due to new (and exciting) clients, and are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who embodies this spirit to join our entertainment team. You’ll work alongside a team of 8-10 other Digital Campaign Managers, supported by Junior Campaign Managers, Strategists and Account Managers across a portfolio of clients.

The role:

  • Buying, trafficking & optimising PPC/performance media across various platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, Snapchat, Instagram, DoubleClick etc.

  • Working from a client's brief to create online media plans & schedules to a budget/timeline and then executing.

  • Develop online advertising strategies for the client and make best use of current technologies and tools.

  • Working with the account management team, including day-to-day communication, overall strategy and reporting.

  • Writing advertising and analytics reports, with the ability to pull insights from data and using the data to optimise campaigns.


Need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of working with: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience with campaign strategy, ad execution, optimising and reporting with the above platforms.

  • Experience directly setting up conversion tracking with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.

  • Experience with being client-facing, and be able to clearly communicate strategies, plans and tactics to stakeholders

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time across multiple campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical skills, and a technical and strategic mindset.

  • Good at working to a brief, with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for music, events and entertainment.

  • Copywriting skills.

  • Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.

Nice to have:

  • Have worked or currently work in events or food industries, especially in a marketing or advertising role.

  • Established network within the industries of music, events, food and beverage, entertainment media.

  • Account management skills, with a proven history of managing and building rapport with multiple clients.

  • Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced agency.

  • Experience with advertising on Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, Spotify Ads Studio, Twitter or BandsInTown.

  • Thorough understanding of product, event and album life cycles.

  • Experience with web development and coding (HTML5, Java, CSS).

  • A good recipe for banana bread.
