We are a digital strategy, creative & product agency specialising in music, entertainment and events. Our client list includes some of Australia’s favourite entertainment brands, including Splendour in the Grass, St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival, Falls Festival, Chugg Entertainment, Fairfax Events and Future Classic, plus global lifestyle brands and businesses such as Red Bull Music, YouTube, JBL, Levis, Blundstone and Vue Group.


We’re expanding our team and are on the hunt for a Digital Project Manager / Digital Producer to lead the delivery of web and digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering multi faceted website projects and be a gun at owning the detail and distributing work between a team of specialists.

Must have a sense of humour and love a good dog meme!


The role:

  • End-to-end client relationship management

  • Strong understanding in project management tools such as JIRA, ASANA, Forecast

  • Oversee and manage projects from brief to delivery, across design, development, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Manage and oversee budget and expenditure on projects

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to relevant team members

  • Effectively manage agency time and resourcing on projects

  • Work closely with the client services teams to balance streams of work coming through the business.

  • Willingness to get hands dirty, be agile and produce great content with learn resourcing / time

  • Effective stakeholder management

  • Ability to foresee and manage risks

  • Represent Bolster in client meetings and be able to be able to talk to all parts of the business

  • Understand how the Digital, Content & Creative teams at Bolster can work together on projects

Requirements

Need to have:

  • Project management skills, with proven experience in bringing digital projects to life

  • Realistic understanding of design and development timelines

  • Understanding of digital/web strategies, platforms & technologies

  • Understanding of content strategies and social media frameworks

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.

  • Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them.

  • Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.

  • Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.

  • Prepare accurate status reports.

  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

  • Direct a team of developers, designers, and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the client's vision.

  • Provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets.

  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with web applications and software such as: Wordpress, Photoshop, Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience in the music, entertainment and/or lifestyle verticals.

  • Experience dealing with brands from various corporate levels.

  • Qualifications in project management.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
