Bolster is a digital, creative and product agency specialising in music, entertainment and events. We’re incredibly passionate about our clients and, hopefully, they’re on your radar too. We’re talking teams like Splendour in the Grass, St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival, Falls Festival, Chugg Entertainment, Groovin The Moo, Pinot Palooza and Future Classic, plus global lifestyle brands such as Red Bull Music, YouTube, JBL, Sapporo, Levis and Blundstone.
We design and develop digital products for ourselves and our clients. Some notable mentions include Linktree, (an instagram tool with 500k users), SITG2019, CHANGES Festival and two webby award nominated projects: Buzz and LNWY - an online music publication we collaborated on with Laneway Festival.
We are looking for a mid-weight / senior digital designer who is interested in being part of a fun, fast-growing agency at the ground level. Our work is serious but we don't take ourselves seriously, if that sounds at all appealing, then we want to meet you.

Working closely with our in-house development team throughout each stage of a project.
Work to improve existing internal projects including Linktree, Buzz and LNWY.
Learning about data and how to apply it to your creative process.
Working on projects that are exciting, challenging, fast paced.
Taking your role where you want it to go.
What you got:
Degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years work experience in web design within a creative agency, brand or startup.
Experience working on web projects of various scale within a team and autonomously.
Experience in UI (user interface), UX (user experience) websites / web apps / products.

Initiative. You're a self-starter, a self-educator and you constantly look for ways to improve your process and your output.
A deep understanding and appreciation of how users interact with digital design and a passion to make it better.
You are comfortable talking to clients, your team and your managers and value communication as much as we do.
You work for the good of the team and the good of the product. You value team success over personal success.
A positive outlook - you see opportunities where others see obstacles.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision Studio etc.
A love of music…it's a big part of what we do. You will be exposed to all the weird and wonderful facets of it at Bolster.

A fun but fast-paced environment where you will have the space and support to flourish.
