Partnerships Account Manager

We are a digital, content and creative agency specialising in music and entertainment as well as lifestyle brands that align with entertainment. Our client list makes our hearts beat faster (and hopefully yours!) We’re talking global lifestyle brands like JBL, Red Bull Music, Blundstone, Sapporo plus event & touring brands such as Splendour in the Grass, Laneway Festival and Chugg Entertainment amongst others.
 

We’re expanding our offering, and looking for a gun Partnership Manager who embodies this spirit to join the client service team, working on partnerships for LNWY and other offerings across Bolster’s speciality.

Our ideal candidate is seen as a trusted partner by their clients, has entrepreneurial flair and a track record of delivering.  This role is available in either our Melbourne or Sydney office. 
 

The Role:

  • Drive the sales and partnership efforts for brands, either directly or in conjunction with their media agencies.

  • Identify and grow new opportunities across events and entertainment verticals.

  • Identify and grow new brand partnership opportunities

  • Manage and develop existing media agency and direct to brand relationships

  • Interpret briefs and liaise with internal specialist teams to deliver compelling proposals.

  • Oversee delivery of world class creative & digital strategy projects

  • Work strategically with Bolster’s commercial, content, social and digital marketing specialists to grow our offering.

 

Requirements

You’ve got:

  • 2 + years relevant experience in business development / partnership management in similar industries.

  • Some established relationships with media agencies and/or lifestyle and youth culture brands.

  • Relationship management and digital media/branded content sales experience.

  • Established relationships within music and entertainment brands.

  • The ability to sell the big picture and talk to all parts of Bolster’s offering with confidence.

  • A track record of achieving targets.

  • An understanding of branded content, digital marketing, music and entertainment industries.

  • Excellent communication and people skills with a keen ability to build relationships.

  • A passion for music, entertainment, digital publishing and how it can deliver value for brands.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to be autonomous.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with short turnaround times.
