We design and develop digital products for ourselves and our clients. Some notable mentions include Linktree, (an instagram tool with 3 million users) and two webby award nominated projects: Buzz and LNWY - an online music publication we built in collaboration with the Laneway Festival
We are expanding quickly with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, L.A and London and are looking for someone to own and drive our recruitment needs from our beautiful, naturally lit warehouse in Collingwood surrounded by great food and bars. What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and driven person, who thrives in a fast-paced and high performance environment and can take the lead on all our internal recruitment projects. Key responsibilities will include:
Part-time role; 2-3 days per week
End to end talent acquisition role
Collaborate with leadership team to build recruitment strategies, talent pools and hiring.
Create research and sourcing strategies utilising a variety of methods
Pre-screen and recommend qualified candidates
Provide detailed guidance to candidates regarding role responsibilities, tasks and benefits
Build and manage candidate database and talent pools
Document interactions, outreach, screening results and progress
Digital / creative / marketing agency experience
Experience and skills required:
Relevant qualifications and/or proven experience in recruitment
Innovative research skills and techniques to find suitable candidates
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruitee prefered
Experienced and effective interviewing techniques
Competent and professional telephone manner
Proficient computer and database management skills
Can-do attitude and proactive approach
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work autonomously, whilst driving results to meet targets
