As a Commercial Partnerships Manager at Bolster, you would be in an agile and hybrid role that involves a 50/50 split between new business and client services. New business would be about identifying relevant opportunities by leaning on your existing network, and prospecting new opportunities - by going cold and developing new relationships. The focus will be on finding brands, businesses or agencies who are looking for ways to connect with Gen Z and Millennial audiences and their cultural passion points. Bolster provides these solutions through strategy, digital, creative and experiential through our expertise in entertainment & culture marketing.
In a Client Service capacity, you will also oversee a small team of Business Development managers in Australia and New Zealand and support the sales to delivery process of your client campaigns. This gives you a deep understanding of the work and connection right through to seeing projects of all sizes and scale come to life.
