Creative Producer

Job description

A Creative Producer at Bolster is responsible for supporting the Senior Creative Producer and managing the production and studio needs for our client's projects. If you're an organised and passionate producer with experience in video and content production we think you should read on.


Some of the things you would do on a daily basis include;


  • Liaising with colleagues, clients, crew and talent to get a shoot done on time and on budget, with all the creative assets required
  • Manage the production of campaigns from the briefing stage, through the studio and delivered back to the client
  • Scope projects and develop quotes to Account Managers
  • Project manage signed off projects from start to finish
  • Work the accounts team to make sure all projects are invoiced correctly and on time


Producers are integral to the success and completion of our client’s projects, with their goal to meet both internal Bolster and client KPIs, making sure the project is delivered on time, budget and scope


Requirements

For this to be a match in what we are looking for and what experience you have to bring, we are ideally looking for experience with:

  • Minimum of two years experience as a Creative Producer / Project Manager
  • Experience in scoping and project delivery for creative projects, from video, photography, design, social asset creation
  • Client management at a creative project level, including client WiPs, communications and negotiations
  • Bonus if you have experience in digital campaign/asset project management
  • Experience working with tools like G Suite, Dropbox, Forecast, Harvest, Airtable, Accelo, ASANA, JIRA, Instagantt, Merlin in agency environments


With skills like:

  • Strong project management skills
  • A people person with stakeholder management (internal and external resources, know how to manage difficult talent or picky Art Directors)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills Communication
  • Can demonstrate detailed knowledge of production requirements of native content, digital marketing and best practice for social media content creation
