Bolster is looking for a Digital Account manager with experience in digital marketing campaigns to be the key point of contact for clients across the entertainment and youth culture sector. Reporting into the Head of Client services, this role is a mix of client management and working on the tools executing your own campaigns. You will be vital to the success of each campaign and continual look to foster great relationships and partnerships with your clients.

Whilst overseeing the digital output for your clients, you would also be involved in bringing integrated projects to life from other departments.

You will manage client relationships whilst also overseeing and managing your own projects. Additionally, you'll brief and collaborate with our other service streams in content, creative and web to make sure our clients receive the best possible experience and campaign performance.
This will require an ability to think strategically about what platforms and publishers their audiences are on, report back on campaign success and industry trends.

The experience we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years in client-facing roles in digital / social agencies with experience across Facebook ads, Google Ads and Analytics. Bonus points if you have experience in wider media planning, TikTok and organic social media management.
