Job description

 

Drive & develop new business opportunities within the entertainment marketing sectors: music, food & beverage, hospitality, comedy, film & gaming. Bolster is a leading entertainment and culture marketing agency that produces world class campaigns for clients like, Splendour in the Grass, Laneway Festival, Falls Festival, Caroline Records, Chugg Entertainment, Future Classic, and global brands like JBL, KFC, YouTube Music, Red Bull Music, Tiger Beer and Puma. 

 

Our service offerings include digital strategy, performance marketing, content & creative and you would be selling in all of these options, so having a strong understanding & experience selling products in our space is essential.

 

You won't sell and then disappear though,  you will work strategically & collaboratively with Bolster’s commercial, content, social, and digital marketing specialists to grow our offering and surpass our customer's needs. We have a growing sales team so you will have the support of colleagues in other verticals and regions, as well as Seniors to learn from.

Requirements

 

You would be great for this role if you have:

 

  • At least 1 years experience in sales/business development roles in creative, digital marketing, social media or content related agencies or publishers that are in the music & entertainment sector
  • Great client relationship building skills - good at selling without being too salesy
  • A good understanding of digital marketing, social medior content marketing campaigns
  • Love being autonomous and self-motivated in your roles, keep yourself and your teams organised

Our office is based in Collingwood but we are still working remotely for the time being.
