Freelance Digital Campaign Trafficker

Bolster is a leading entertainment and culture marketing agency that produces world class campaigns for clients like, Splendour in the Grass, Laneway Festival, Falls Festival, Caroline Records, Chugg Entertainment, Future Classic, and global brands like JBL, KFC, YouTube Music, Red Bull Music, Tiger Beer and Puma.

We’re expanding the implementation capability of our Digital team and are looking for a data-led digital performance specialists to join us on a 3- 6 month contract. As a Digital Campaign Trafficker, you will be involved in implementing campaigns and will enjoy the agile and dynamic startup environment combined with the department’s test and learn framework.


  • 1 year minimum experience in a digital / marketing / media / advertising environment
  • Must have commercial experience and knowledge working with:
    • Facebook Business Manager
    • Google Ads
    • Snapchat
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Data Studio
    • Google Sheets or Excel
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Nice to have:
    • TikTok Business Manager
    • Spotify Ads Studio
    • DoubleClick Campaign Manager or similar ad serving platform
    • Native and display publisher requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competency with figures and simple calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulae
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills working to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast pace / quick turnaround / ability to spring into action and pump out work, think quick etc
