The Social Lead will play an integral role at Bolster managing the success of our clients on social media as well as being the knowledge base for trends, updates, news, emerging channels, best practice and consumption habits around social media for the client and the wider Bolster team.This role combines three key skill sets: Social media strategy and planning; client relationship and project/ account management; and ability to execute across all relevant platforms. Their goal will be to meet both internal Bolster and client KPIs, making sure the client relationship is productive, healthy and run efficiently and to constantly drive Bolster’s social offering forward. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop strategies and tactics as well as knows the ins and outs of the fundamental monthly social media management tasks and can guide a team of two juniors to own these tasks.

Run social media and influencer campaigns from end to end: from assisting with client management, strategy, planning and executing, reporting and optimising.
Plan and maintain content schedules for multiple clients across multiple social media platforms.
Implement strategies to launch, grow and engage communities.
Work with internal and external teams to brief, create and source content.
Occasionally work on-ground at our clients events to provide real-time social media updates.
Be proactive in ideation for new initiatives.
Manage junior team members and actively invest in their growth at Bolster where required
Build out social calendars and content matrixes.
Liaise with the creative team on best practice asset production.

3+ years experience in a digital / marketing / media / advertising environment

Facebook Business Manager
Google Data Studio
